(This site has been basically inactive since the Toms Creek gravity sewer option was rejected 78% to 22% in the Town Council election of May, 2004. This rejection was based in large part on the falsified costs and other misconduct used to promote this option -- yet had there been a shred of public utility to this proposal, it's unlikely this misconduct would have occurred.  Several other contacts previously listed are no longer shown.  Feel free to contact me, David, for more information.)
